What treatments can I get with TPC Cares?
TPC Cares covers a variety of treatments, including trigger point injections, SoftWave therapy, lidocaine infusions, ketamine infusions, nerve blocks, PRP, and more.
Do unused TPC Cares points roll over?

The Billing Department at Trident Pain Center is available to assist with billing and insurance inquiries; however, it is the patient’s responsibility to have a clear understanding of their specific insurance coverage and benefits. Insurance is designed as a reimbursement method for fees paid to the physician, not as a direct payment solution. Some insurance providers offer fixed allowances for specific procedures, while others cover a percentage of the charges. Patients are responsible for paying any deductibles, co-insurance, or remaining balances not covered by their insurance plan.
Additionally, if you have recently moved or experienced changes to your insurance, claims adjuster, attorney, primary treating physician, or any other personal information, please notify us of these updates within 7 days of the change. Providing this information promptly helps us maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
