Request an Appointment
We’re currently accepting new patients at Trident Pain Center by appointment only. Patients must have a physician referral to receive service at Trident Pain Center.
How to Schedule an Appointment
You can schedule an appointment by doing one of the following:
- Using the HIPAA-compliant form below.
- Calling one of our locations directly.
- Having a referral sent by your specialist or primary care physician.
Emergencies
We are not an emergency medical facility; Trident Pain Center does not handle life-threatening emergencies.
If you are experiencing a life-threatening situation, call 911 or go to the nearest Emergency Room. For urgent issues outside of business hours — such as a severe reaction to medication or a procedure — you should seek emergency care immediately. Please note that our office voicemail is not monitored overnight or on weekends, so any messages left will not be returned until the next business day.
