Do I need a referral to schedule an appointment?
Yes, a referral is required for service at Trident Pain Center. Our office requires patients to have a referral sent by fax from a physician. Our fax number is (843) 797-3637.
What insurance plans do you accept?

Yes, we have flexible cash pay options and payment plans for certain treatments.
How soon can I get an appointment?
Appointment availability varies by location, but we strive to schedule new patients as soon as possible.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Please bring your ID, insurance card, medical records, and a list of current medications.
Do you prescribe pain medication?
We offer comprehensive pain management, which may include medication, but focus on interventional and regenerative treatments. The providers at Trident Pain Center will make sure you are well informed regarding any medications you are prescribed, the appropriate way to take the medication, and any other medications or activities you should avoid while taking your prescription.
What if I have an emergency outside of office hours?
For life-threatening emergencies, call 911 or go to the ER. Our office voicemail is not monitored after hours.
